<aside> 🙀 21.02.2024 tried reading a manhua after barely 1month of 30min~ every-so-often-close-to-everyday. I had to use deepl, but I really wanted to see how one of the novels I read was portrayed. And the gong in “I and My Husband Sleep in a Coffin” SMILED. When I read the novel in Eng I never imagined him laughing like this, but this image makes me wanna re-read the story just for this old dumbling and have him smile in every scene.

23.02.2024 Just finished The Big Forest Friends on little fox, and I only have 3ch left from HSK2. I am starting to figure out how Chinese works, kinda.

07.04.2024 28k it has been 88days since I started Chinese but I barely immersed for 31days with 15h33min of active immersion. But since I started “Can I dance with you 300” by breeze Chinese it has been easier to read mandarin companion 150 “my teacher is a martian”. I could read even 4 chapters from the 150/breakthrough book; it is nice to read and don't have to look up every word. With just 12h I can read this much… It is kinda insane but still far away from my BL dream. I barely read 28k, and I still have a long way till 200k when I can try with pride a BL webnovel
11.04.2024 38k K508 H491 Finished 3 Mandarin companion books and + 26 150-300 graded readers and I feel like I want to upgrade from the 150 limit and go towards 300. The breeze “can I dance” is kinda hard but I am close to finishing it… so what did I do? try to read “Journey to the West” because I don't wanna start Emma (mc) right now. I will probably read the rest of the 2 mc when I want a motivation boost and star reading 300 gr; also I tried to start again with the HSK3 book; I should at least finish HSK3 and negotiate after if I should do the HSK4 too.
12.04.2024 40k K508 H491 Let's ignore the fact that I started JTTW and it is actually readable and interesting. I am watching the animation on the little fox first to be able to understand the text much faster, using the eng translation + deepl. I might just mix jjtw with 300 gr. I felt that I wanted to move faster so I did. For sure later I will want to move slower/take a break so doing something harder when you have the drive/motication for sure is easier and will most probably have benefits.

It is hard for me to keep motivated while listening to kid’s material like this… Also, finished HSK3. Also, people from the server got me really interested in Word of Honor and it sounds really good. But, see you in 1-2 years when I might be able to read it. Maybe.
